Se riesci a vedere un LCD spostato di 85° dal centro vuol dire che hai la vista parabolica, manco un Plasma o un CRT li vedi da quell'angolazione

A dimostrazione che i produttori le sparano grosse come una balena

Che è quello che dico anch' io da sempre... però certe affermazioni "ironiche" possono venir fraintese a volte... spiega anche tu (non appena ritorni ) all' utente anassimenes e agli altri che quello che dico io sui monitor-tv è "sacrosanto" e che stiamo in pratica dicendo la stessa cosa al proposito io e te perchè a quanto pare non è chiaro...

Sorvolando su certi "sproloqui" "insulti" e continui "ot" per quanto riguarda la "tv" Akai citata non ho voluto dire nulla di più volutamente, però per correttezza e siccome sono stato chiamato in causa va detto che tali "prodotti" non sarebbero nemmeno degni di essere chiamati "tv" o "monitor" e sono afflitti da "ben altro"...

Same problem as everyone else. It began by making this sound when I turned it on. Then on top of that, the screen began flashing. It took a while for the brightness to settle down. Sometimes the remote wont turn it on or off. I thought it was the batteries, but batteries don't run out that fast.

I purchase the Akai Plasma HDTV model PDP4225M in Mar 2006 at Sams Club for 1476. plus the 3 year extended service plan. One day it was working the next it turns on you get sound but no picture. Had repairman (cost 109) come and looked and told me that the part Power PCB (AA9800188A) needs to be replaced but he can not get hte parts. I could try to find them online and he would install them. Tried calling, emailing and no response.

As of late the picture went out and will not come on regardless of unplugging the power cord, cycling the power switch on and off, and feeding it DVD's then selecting source back to the TV. Where do I sign up for the lawsuit?

I purchased a 32 inch tv about 3yrs about, and couldn't believe that it quit on me so soon. I've tried to contact the company emails etc...never recieved and results. I inquired about getting it fixed, bad idea a cool 400 it's not worth it. I took it a step futher took the back off trying to figure out what's wrong. The results turned out to be half way fried components on the power supply, went online for a power board replacement for that model can't find any I was not suprise. Anyone reading this please do not purchase any AKAI products bad investment.

I bought an Akai 37-inch TV/DVD combo 3 years ago from HEB Plus. For the past month, my TV has been having the same exact problem as everyone else. TV wont turn on with remote or side power button. HOWEVER, if I remove the power cord from the back and plug it back in, the set usually turns on. Sometimes I have to do this 2-3 times before it will come on, but it eventually does. I hope it doesnt go out completely. I plan on trying a new power cord (same as a PC cord) and seeing if that will solve the issue. We'll see. I'll post again to let you know. Set is useless if it wont turn on.

I have a Akai tv that does not work properly as the picture is dark & the brightness & contrast does not affect the picture quality even if it is turned to maximum.apart from that the service perdonnel do not turnup even after making a complaint in the service centre.this is really pathetic....

TV service does not exist for this brand, TV repair places just laugh when you mention the word Akai to them.

The customer support from Akai is as bad the non working 3000 dollar tv i now have. Thinking about using it to sight in my 338 mag rifle....

The WORST company I have ever had to deal with! I purchased an Akai TV with built-in DVD, last November 2007, the DVD part quit working in August. Akai had an authorized repair center call me to say that he refused to service my TV! It Took Akai another month or so to find another repair company....

I purchased an Akai 42" 1080p from Tiger Direct, and it arrived in April 2008. In July 2008, the power stopped working. I called Tiger Direct, they referred me to Akai, who asked I fax all of my point of sale paperwork, so that they could set up service as the tv was 3 months old and still...

TV broke within warranty term. Contact via phone (voice mail only available) and email unsuccessful. I have never heard from anyone since 3/1 2009, the date I have send a request for repair through the customer service page
