Verifica anche che i settori del SSD sono allineati...

Apri system information (in cerca scrivi system information, oppure vai in Accessori --> Utilità di sistema). Poi in system information vai in Componenti --> Archiviazione --> Dischi, trova il disco SSD e cerca la stringa "Offset avvio partizione", poi dividi il numero dei byte visualizzati per 4096.. se esce un numero intero, allora SSD è allineato.

Esempio nel mio visualizza 1.048.576 byte, quindi 1.048.576:4096=256. 256 essendo numero intero, significa che il valore dell'offset di avvio partizione è divisibile per 4096, quindi l'SSD è allineato...

Edit: credo che la tua versione è quella top e non la high (che ha prestazioni in scrittura quasi pari a quella in lettura)..
La Top idealmente può raggiungere in scrittura sequenziale i 300 MB/s (76.800 IOPS) e in lettura 520 MB/s (133.120 IOPS).
Mentre la High fino a 500 MB/s (128.000 IOPS) in scrittura e 520 MB/s (133.120 IOPS) in scrittura.

Verifica da BIOS se la modalità AHCI è abilitata (supporto sata nativo), altrimenti il trim non può funzionare.

Sarà un modello farlocco, come detto prima sul portatile ho un verbatin da 128GB va a 450 circa lettura e scrittura.


Verifica da BIOS se la modalità AHCI è abilitata (supporto sata nativo), altrimenti il trim non può funzionare.

E' attivo come ho già detto sopra.
 
Sarà anche un modello farlocco, ma da quel SSD non ti aspettare grandi prestazioni... quei 300 MB/s sono puramente ideali, non ci arriverà mai. Al limite può arrivare sui 260~270 MB/s, ma non di più.
